At Torker Racing, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.

RETURN GUIDELINES
Return Window: Items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the shipment date.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges unless you purchased Order Protection at checkout and qualify through a claim. To exchange an item, return it and place a new order. Your original purchase will be refunded as applicable (see details below).
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a shipping error on our part. Customers are responsible for any additional freight costs.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. For example, a $100 item will be refunded at $85.
Order Protection & Exceptions:
- If you purchased Order Protection, you may have already received a refund or replacement.
- If an exception is granted for a return beyond the 30-day policy:
- The item may be replaced.
- A refund may be issued to your original payment method (if within 30 days).
- If beyond 30 days, an approved refund will be issued as a Torker Racing webstore gift card.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Items returned more than 30 days after the shipment date.
- Used, damaged, or worn items.
- Items not in their original packaging.
- Frames and Virtual Parking Lot Sale items.
- Items purchased under final sale conditions as stated in special offers.
- Items which are custom made, such as jerseys or pants.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Package Item
- Package item(s) in original packaging.
- Pad items inside packaging to prevent shifting during shipment.
2. Include Documentation:
- Place the original packing slip inside the return package.
- If you don’t have it, include a copy of your order confirmation email.
- Circle the item being returned and select a reason:
- Defective
- Delivered wrong item
- Ordered wrong item
- Didn’t like
- Wrong size
- Other (please specify)

RETURN SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Use a Traceable Shipping Method: We require a trackable carrier (e.g., UPS or FedEx) as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our mistake, we cover return shipping.
- If the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
International Returns: Contact us directly for instructions.
