Sometimes, we get a frame back that has a small chip in the paint, a dent on the headtube, etc.. Stems with a scratch or a chip in it from shipping. We have had these sitting around and we have fixed a few to give to friends or team riders, but we figured, we would give you a chance as well. On all Garage sale Items it is final sale, no returns, no exchanges, we will try to describe each item to the best of our ability so you know what you are getting before you get it.
