Refund policy
Returns You have 30 days from the ship date to return an item. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Restocking fee A 15% restocking fee applies to returns. For example, a $100 item is refunded at $85.
Not returnable
- Items returned more than 30 days after the ship date
- Used, damaged or worn items
- Items not in their original packaging
- Frames and Virtual Parking Lot Sale items
- Final sale items
- Custom-made items, such as jerseys and pants
Exchanges We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order. If you bought Order Protection at checkout, a claim may cover a replacement.
Shipping costs Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error. If the return is our mistake, we cover return shipping. For any other reason, return shipping is on you, and the cost is deducted from your refund. Use a trackable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. We aren't responsible for lost return packages.
How to return
- Pack the item in its original packaging, padded so it doesn't shift.
- Put the packing slip inside, or a copy of your order confirmation. Circle the item and note the reason.

Returns outside 30 days If we approve an exception, we may replace the item or issue a Torker Racing webstore gift card.
International returns Contact us first for instructions.
